Team FPG at the Tough Mudder

Simply couldn’t start the week without mentioning a group of people who have been training hard in preparation for yesterday’s Tough Mudder 10 miler. For those of you unaware, a Tough Mudder is a 12 mile cross country run interspersed with 20 different obstacles.  These obstacles include having to swim through an ice lake, climb a near vertical slippery slope and – my personal favourite – walk through some suspended bare wires that have an electrical current passing through them.   Please see the official Tough Mudder West Midlands 2016 video to get a better idea –

I am delighted to say that they have raised just under £3000 for our chosen charity Headway East Sussex. However, we still need more help and if you can see your way to helping this amazing organisation, please head over to . Headway’s MISSION is to promote understanding of all aspects of brain injury and to provide information, support and services to people with a brain injury, their families and carers.  Treating people with respect and empathy; they provide choice and opportunity and empower people to achieve optimum independence, interacton and social inclusion.

Congratulations to the following and we hope you are all in at work today!

Matt Stephens, Dave Riley, Jo Maskell, Caitlin Walder, Sabrina Hollister, Rob Chart, Phil Smith, Martin Ecroyd, Andy Poustie, Paul Goodey, Phil Keerie & Jess Pointing.
