In order to make the referral process as simple as possible, we have developed an online tool that enables us to add customer information directly into our Customer Relationship Management system. By doing this we remove the need to transfer customer information by email.

what happens to the information?

The information given is sent securely to The Finance Planning Group.

How long does it take?

We will call the client within 24hours or at a pre agreed time, simply add the clients preference.

what do you do with it?

A representative will contact the client to see how we can be of assistance.

do you need any further information?

No thank you. However, any insights you can give in the notes section will help us to understand the clients needs in advance which is always a good thing.

is there anything else i need to do?

Yes, it is very important that the customer understands that they are going to be contacted to discuss their enquiry. Please make sure they understand what will happen next.

do I need to do anything about gdpr?

Yes, you will need to explain that you are passing the customers information to The Finance Planning Group and that we will provide a copy of our privacy doc.
