As mortgage brokers, we search across the whole market, not just one lender, to find the most suitable deal for you. We also help you with the paperwork, liaise with lenders, and support you through every stage of the process. Our advice is personalised, not off-the-shelf.
We are transparent about our fees. In many cases, we receive a commission from the lender, but depending on the complexity of your case, we may also charge an advice fee. This will always be discussed and agreed upon upfront with you.
Yes. Finance Planning is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). All our advisers are fully qualified and follow strict guidelines to ensure your interests come first. Not all buy-to-let mortgage contracts are regulated by the FCA.
